Roleplaying Sample : ( An short sample, just too see how you would plan to write for your character. ) Jeor Mormont was his father, a respectable man who many would probably say would still make a rather handsome and brave lord. Perhaps even a man who would be a better heir to his own house - then that of his son; Jorah. Jorah was sixteen when he received his title of Lord - his father becoming a member of the Nights Watch in order for his son to govern the house. Jorah was married to a bright and young woman by the name of Elia Glover when he was but 17 and for ten years he and his wife tried for sons and daughters, for little bear cubs but it was only a miscarriage after another and soon the last took his wife in the night - bloody sheets and the softest of cries. Jorah would fight in the Greyjoy rebellion a few years later; becoming one of the first men to breach during the siege of Pyke. He was knighted then, and while he swore by the old - he took up the new to become Ser Jorah Mormont of house Mormont. It would be at the Tourney at Lannisport that he would meet the love of his life; Lynesse Hightower, and in the end name her the queen of love and beauty. They would spend two years together in a love-filled marriage before he turned to trading slaves. When Eddard Stark heard of this treason and old taboo, Jorah fled with his wife to Lys where they lived for only a year. When he was away his wife took a lover who threaten to enslave Jorah if he did not give up his wife. Widowed once, and the second destroyed by another - he was sent off to work as a sell sword. It wasn't until he heard of the Targaryens uprising that he moved his way towards there. In his ear the spider whispered, that if he stopped the Targaryens - spied on them and helped take them down, his death sentence would be pardon. But it was in those early moments that he set eyes on the young Dragon girl, he felt an affection he had only ever felt for his second wife. 'I could love her... I could protect her.' Jorah has been described as so many things. A traitor and a liar are among the top, but there is no doubt that he is a passionate man.
